TEX-MEX LUNCH Choose any two items from the following:
Served with Mexican rice and beans. CHILE RELLENO Made fresh daily with a poblano pepper and your choice of seasoned chicken breast, cheese or slow smoked brisket. Served with Mexican rice and charro beans. BRISKET TACOS Slow smoked brisket with your choice of flour or corn tortillas. Served with spicy Mexican cole slaw, avocado and pico de gallo. BAJA TACOS Two crispy tacos with tilapia, lightly battered and fried, tossed in Baja sauce, and blended with spicy Mexican cole slaw. PECHUGA RELLENA Medallions of chicken breast stuffed with chorizo and cheese, fried with panko breadcrumbs and topped with queso blanco. Served with Mexican rice and black beans. TACO SALAD Fresh greens with seasoned taco beef, chile con carne, cheese, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo. SOUP & SALAD Homemade tortilla soup and a house salad with avocado chipotle dressing. BEEF CHIMICHANGA Chimichanga stuffed with beef, mixed cheeses, onions and poblano peppers. Topped with queso and served with Mexican rice and charro beans. FAJITAS Chicken, beef or combination. ARROZ CON POLLO Shredded chicken breast on a bed of Mexican rice and topped with queso and queso blanco. Served with a bean chalupa. |
